Kilted Gamer — Refund Policy

All items in our store are made to order and produced specifically for you upon purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.

We do issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Your item arrives damaged or broken
• Your item has a significant print defect that affects its appearance or function
• You received the wrong item

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Items need to be shipped back at customer expense for refund.
